23 мая мы отмечаем Международный день борьбы, ведь именно в этот день в далёком 1904 году в Вене стартовал первый чемпионат мира по борьбе.
Объединённый мир борьбы (United World Wrestling, UWW) запустил челлендж: призывает спортсменов, болельщиков, тренеров, функционеров использовать хэштег #ThisIsWrestling, делиться в соцсетях фотографиями и видеосъёмками о себе в спортивной борьбе.
В UWW приняли решение отмечать праздник целый месяц - превратить Всемирный день борьбы во Всемирный месяц борьбы.
"Всемирный день борьбы - это ваш праздник. Праздник болельщиков, атлетов, тренеров, докторов, матерей и отцов, - записал трогательную речь президент UWW Ненад Лалович. - С помощью хэштега #ThisIsWrestling вы покажете наш вид спорта таким, каким вы его сами видите и поделитесь этим с нами, вашей борцовской семьёй".
